We’re on a journey toward understanding, inclusion and equality.

At TEKsystems, we have a culture of caring that is deeply rooted in our core value of building strong relationships. It’s upon this foundation that we’re committed to nurturing an inclusive culture and welcoming diversity into every part of our business. We continue to embrace diverse backgrounds, life experiences, individuality, and all the unique qualities our employees have to offer.

But in our ongoing journey toward understanding, there is still so much work to do.

We’re committed to further cultivating our workplaces and broader communities to encourage awareness, education, empathy and equality. Through Conversations That Matter, we’re exploring and examining our inclusion and diversity journey and discussing how we can continue to thoughtfully progress toward a more included and empowered environment. Because we believe we have the responsibility to intentionally seek change and create a better future.

Where we started

Episode 1

Understanding the past is critical to shaping the present—and the future. In our first episode, we reflect upon the early stage of TEKsystems’ inclusion and diversity journey and the steps we’ve taken to drive a culture that embraces individuality and positively impacts the employee experience.

Leading inclusion and diversity in the workplace requires promises backed by real action. Significant progress is made when all individuals are engaged and advocacy is created. In this episode, we share how our organization is creating meaningful dialogue and making intentional shifts to increase awareness and deeper understanding, like through our Executive Inclusion Board, leadership buy-in and bias training.
