Skillbridge At TEKsystems

Experience that translates

TEKsystems is honored to be a Department of Defense-authorized SkillBridge employer, a program for service members to transition to a civilian career. We offer SkillBridge recruiting and account management opportunities in more than 80 locations.

Applicants must be within 180 days of exiting service to begin the fellowship and must follow the guidelines provided by the DOD SkillBridge program.

How to Apply

  1. Talk with your command and transition office to determine your eligibility.
  2. If you qualify, view our current positions to determine if we have an opening in your location by noting SkillBridge in the title. All TEKsystems recruiting positions are eligible for SkillBridge.
  3. Apply to the position.
  4. If you are selected, our talent acquisition team will respond and set up an interview.
  5. If selected, the military program manager will work with you to complete the requirements to submit your acceptance for final approval.
  6. If approved by your command, we will coordinate with you to begin the fellowship.

Beyond USERRA compliance

TEKsystems does more than simply comply with the Uniformed Services Employment Rights Act. Employees called to active military leave may be compensated for up to one year while on military leave. Guard and Reserve members may be eligible to receive commission and salary differential during their service. And many military spouses may continue working even after PCS moves.
