About Garrett

Garrett believes in putting customer and consultant success at the forefront of everything we do at TEKsystems. As senior vice president of talent delivery, he oversees our recruiting operations, strategic delivery programs and the consultant experience. With 25-plus years in IT recruitment and talent development, Garrett understands that people are at the heart of all business, and he is passionate about people development—bringing out the potential in others so they can thrive in their lives. He and his team deliver world-class service through meaningful human and digital experiences that facilitate consistent career opportunities for our talent while enabling our customers to solve their business challenges through superior solutions and a highly skilled workforce.

After graduating from the University of Northern Colorado, Garrett started his career as a technical recruiter and worked his way up through our sales organization to become a national account manager. From there, he served in several senior leadership roles within the sales organization, including national account director, regional director, executive director for workforce management solutions, vice president of the communications vertical and vice president of the network infrastructure division. In 2012, Garrett moved to Maryland to join the executive team, where he had the opportunity to lead various teams, including organizational development, employee experience, professional development, HR, inclusion and diversity, business intelligence, marketing, operations, strategic communications, and technology. More recently, Garrett took on the assignment to lead the talent delivery team and moved back to his home state of Colorado. Outside the office, you can find him with his wife and two teenage sons, enjoying the mountains, hiking, jeeping and—when he can find the time—pursuing his passion for photography.
