This workshop focuses on the IIBA-defined knowledge areas of Strategy Analysis, Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Elicitation and Collaboration, Requirements Analysis and Design Definition, Requirements Lifecycle Management, and Solution Evaluation. A project must be on time and on schedule to be a success; however, it also must deliver an end result that matters to the business. Requirements are the key to the "correct" end result. In this workshop, participants define requirements from a business perspective and a scoping perspective and learn to engage their stakeholders in the requirements conversation. Participants gain insight into detailed requirements and the business analysis process that delivers "good" requirements. Requirements are not limited to ITbased requirements, but also cover non-IT types of requirements. Participants will develop practical business analysis knowledge and apply requirements tools to case study scenarios.
This course is designed for Business Analysts or people considering entering the business analysis role.
