This hands-on workshop provides managers with an overview of organizational change management and provides them with techniques for planning and managing change in their workplace. Your facilitator will introduce proven change methods that can be used to align change activities with corporate goals. Participants use the 7-S Framework by Waterman, Peters and Phillips as a guide to describing the desired state. Teams build a road map, craft a stakeholder impact matrix, draft a communications plan and design a mentoring strategy for managing resistance and leveraging change behaviors.
This workshop is designed for people leading, directing or managing a change initiative. Appropriate for managing change because of mergers, leadership changes, process reengineering or technology.
