TEKsystems Earns Position on 2013 Best of Staffing™ List for Clients and Talent

HANOVER, Md. – February 8, 2013 – TEKsystems®, a leading provider of IT staffing solutions, IT talent management expertise and IT services, announced today it earned a position on Inavero’s 2013 Best of Staffing™ Client and Best of Staffing™ Talent lists. Inavero’s Best of Staffing competition, presented by CareerBuilder, is the nation’s only statistically valid, objective award in the industry that reveals which staffing agencies are delivering exceptional service to their clients and the permanent and temporary employees for whom they find jobs.

Best of Staffing™ Program
Each year, less than 1 percent of all staffing and recruiting firms earn Best of Staffing™ status. The Best of Staffing awards set out to recognize the top staffing firms who set themselves apart through partnership, accountability, customer service and other attributes. Firms making the Client list received high marks for possessing extensive industry and business knowledge, being responsive and demonstrating a strong ability to partner with client stakeholders. Staffing companies that provide consistent communication, are honest and forthright, and operate with a sense of urgency stand out as key customer service attributes amongst the Talent audience.
The Criteria
To earn a spot on the list, staffing and recruiting firms are required to survey both clients and consultants who they recently worked with or whom were placed on assignment for a recent, consecutive three month period. For the Client list, staffing firms needed a minimum response rate of 20 percent or 500 responses to ensure the score’s validity. Similarly, to make the Talent list, participating firms had to receive a response rate of at least 20 percent or 1,000 consultant responses.
The Net Promoter Score® was used as the basis for scoring client and talent satisfaction levels. Staffing firms named to the Best of Staffing Client list were required to attain a 55 percent Net Promoter Score®, compared to an industry average of 17 percent. Those named to the Best of Staffing Talent list needed to achieve a 50 percent Net Promoter Score®, compared to an industry average of 30 percent.
