TEKsystems Global Services Canada Achieves ISO 27001:2005 Certification

MONTREAL, QC – March 17, 2011 – TEKsystems Global Services Canada today announced it has received the International Organization of Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 27001:2005 certification for its Montreal Solution Centre’s Information Security Management System (ISMS).
ISO 27001 is the industry standard for information and data security. ISO/IEC 27001 specifies requirements for the establishment, implementation, monitoring and review, maintenance and improvement of an ISMS, which serves as the control framework for managing an organization’s informational assets by applying a risk-based approach resulting in an appropriate and affordable level of organizational security. TEKsystems’ Montreal Innovation Centre successfully completed its Stage II Certification Audit in December 2010, and formally received its ISO Certificate of Registration for ISO 27001:2005 in February 2011.
