An international law firm moved several core business functions from San Francisco to Kansas City and needed help building a diverse team with niche, industry-specific IT skill sets in a new city. TEKsystems met with client leadership to understand their needs and establish a dialogue around diversity. As their exclusive IT staffing partner, we searched for the best candidates while looking through the lens of diversity. We successfully assembled a team where half of the candidates placed being women or from historical minority groups.

TEKsystems helped an industrial automation company resolve compliance gaps found in a hiring audit conducted by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). We built client-centric, proactive auditing protocols and established an internal position focused on providing their customers with the reporting required by the OFCCP. Our fully automated staffing system also allowed for unmatched search-string tracking and capturing search results, which eliminated gaps in tracking candidates through the hiring process.
TEKsystems has placed over 5,000 veterans in IT positions since 2015. Our Veterans Hiring Program includes a dedicated veterans recruiter and 26 recruiters that support veteran recruiting and outreach in 110 local markets across 47 states. Nationally, we also have a team dedicated to hiring IT professionals for government-related roles that require security clearance and prior military service.
