Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is reflected in the way we approach serving customers and the consultants we place with them. It also extends to how we support our employees. As a result, TEKsystems' inclusion efforts focus on serving these populations.

TEKsystems listens to our business partners to understand their perspectives on diversity and inclusion. We strive to meet or exceed the needs of our customers, including helping build a diverse workforce that achieves their goals. Our diversity department works closely with our purchasing team to include small and third-party certified minority, women and disabled veteran owned businesses in the purchasing process - resulting in increased diversity spend annually.

TEKsystems is committed to delivering high-performance IT teams that reflect the communities in which we live and serve. We supplement our referral-based recruiting strategy with other creative strategies to attract and retain the best talent to support our customers’ strategic IT initiatives and diversity goals. In fact, we currently maintain involvement with dozens of organizations, including Women In Technology (WIT), Diversity, Inc., Veterans Enterprise, the National Diversity Council and the National Urban League Young Professionals (NULYP).
