This core class covers the establishment of an Application Framework, using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) edition (version 12) as the shared repository for project artifacts. This class is geared toward new ALM users, but can also be used as a refresher class for experienced QC users or ALM users upgrading from older versions of QC or Test Director. Participants receive practical instructions on the ALM Project planning and startup tasks required for new ALM Projects. This class examines the core ALM entities and the relationship between these entities. This class can be presented in a traditional instructor-led class or as a virtual class. Both class offerings are presented by qualified professionals through discussions and demonstrations, followed by well-designed hands-on exercises based on real-life examples. Approximately 40% of the class is tool usage.
This course is designed for individuals who are QA Project Managers, Software Development Managers, QA Testing Team Leads, and Business Analysts.
