As executive director of TEKsystems Healthcare Services, Matt Payne leads a national sales team in executing business development strategies within the healthcare industry. His team of over 500 dedicated sales and delivery professionals focus on meeting the professional services needs of more than 700 healthcare clients in the payer, provider and life sciences sectors. Payne has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He has served in a variety of sales and leadership positions, including director of national accounts for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield portfolio and leading regional sales and delivery teams for Healthcare Services and Global Services in the Midwest and Eastern Canada. His focus has been helping our healthcare clients improve operational efficiencies, drive revenue growth, and realize quicker return on investments through effective talent management, staffing management and outsourced services strategies. Payne has a bachelor’s degree in industrial management, with a minor in Computer Science from Purdue University, and is a Certified Scrum Master.
John Anderson partners with leadership, sales and delivery professionals in the Northeast to help healthcare leaders achieve their business, clinical and technology objectives by finding the right IT talent. Anderson began his career in 1997 recruiting telecommunications skill sets in Orlando. Since then he has held multiple positions in leadership and sales. Prior to this role, he served as the director of business operations in Central Pennsylvania since 2009, managing a team of more than 40 employees.
Voncille Baker has more than a decade of experience in leading IT and learning services development, coordination and execution for training and support initiatives for enterprise-wide, multisite EHR implementations. Prior to joining TEKsystems, Baker worked for the Northeast Georgia Health System, Grady Health System and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. She has been a featured speaker for the HIMSS Georgia Chapter, the Agency Healthcare for Research and Quality Patient Safety and Healthcare IT Conference, the International Quality & Productivity Center (IQPC), and the Human Resources IQ Measuring and Benchmarking Training Conference.
As a director of national accounts, Matthew Ehrlich creates and executes account strategies with a large virtual sales team. Additionally, he manages operations and executive relationships at four of TEKsystems’ largest national healthcare clients. Previously, Ehrlich was a TEKsystems recruiter and account manager serving healthcare clients in Washington, D.C. Prior to coming to TEKsystems, Ehrlich was an executive recruiter for a niche healthcare company. In 2011, he earned a grant from the Department of Health and Human Services to complete graduate-level coursework in healthcare IT.
In the Southwest, Matt Foster leads healthcare account managers to drive business development strategies and improve our ability to impact customers with technology-related projects. Prior to his current position, Foster was an account manager serving financial services clients in New York and Colorado Springs, Colorado, as well as a director of business operations in Austin, Texas. Foster has a background in finance, receiving his B.S. in financial planning from Texas Tech University. Foster started with TEKsystems in 2003.
Andrea Hardesty develops and drives sales strategy for healthcare clients within the Northwest markets. Leading a team of approximately 50 sales professionals, she ensures consistent, high-quality services to our clients. Hardesty joined TEKsystems in 2010 as a recruiter and has successfully been promoted to multiple leadership positions, most recently serving as the account director for TEKsystems’ largest healthcare provider client. Her focus is providing clients with IT staffing and services in the healthcare space.
Through thought leadership, shared partnership interactions and industry experience, John Homans leads a team that helps our clients in the Northwest improve patient care and outcomes through advances in IT. His key areas of expertise are infrastructure transformation and solutions, including deployment, support services, EHR implementation and training. Homans began his career at TEKsystems in 1998. Prior to his current role, he was a business development manager for TEKsystems Global Services®, and held roles in account management and recruiting.
Ann Horrigan is responsible for leading sales and delivery, including business development, solutions and operations, for our healthcare clients in the Midwest. Horrigan specializes in serving the IT staffing and IT services needs of enterprise clients. Prior to her current position, Horrigan was an account director for TEKsystems Financial Services, focusing on insurance, in Schaumburg, Illinois. She began her career at TEKsystems in 2005 as a recruiter.
Michael Hoyle leads a dedicated team of 70 sales and delivery professionals focused on helping our healthcare clients in the Southeast achieve their IT and business initiatives. During his tenure with the company, Hoyle has had several leadership roles, including director positions in strategic accounts, national accounts, alternative delivery and our Communications practice. Hoyle began his career with TEKsystems in 1993.
As the director overseeing our healthcare strategy in the Mid-Atlantic, John Kurcis partners with local leadership and healthcare sales and delivery professionals to help clients accomplish their technology goals–ultimately improving patient care, enhancing member experience and lowering costs. Kurcis leads a sales team across the region helping them create and drive business development and value creation strategies with key healthcare clients. Prior to his current role, Kurcis was a lead account executive for TEKsystems in Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia. He began his career at TEKsystems in 2006.
Heather Namovich is a global operations and procurement leader with over 15 years of strategic sourcing and vendor management experience working for Fortune 50 companies in both the public and private sectors, most recently with IBM and MetLife. Prior to joining TEKsystems in 2017, Namovich was director of vendor risk and oversight within corporate compliance at CareSource Management Group, a managed care organization, where she was responsible for their enterprise and third-party risk management programs as well as compliance oversight of all delegates and first-tier, downstream and related entities (FDRs).
As an account director for TEKsystems Global Services, Antonio Poag is focused on building executive partnerships while coaching sales and delivery teams on the entire span of our service offerings from staffing to managed services to deliverable-based solutions. Poag has over 20 years of experience in IT and healthcare, and has held several leadership positions within TEKsystems—most recently serving as an area director for Healthcare Services in the Mid-Atlantic. Poag started his career in healthcare at Capital Community Health Plan and currently sits on the Board of Directors at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital.
Darrick Reed leads a dedicated team of business development and delivery professionals to provide world-class solutions to technology challenges in the healthcare industry. His expertise in leadership and business development strategy enables him to provide thought leadership, strategic partnership and industry expertise for clients, consultants and partners. Reed began his career at TEKsystems in 2006, and has served as senior account executive, and most recently, director of strategic accounts.
Joining TEKsystems in 2017, Eric Lewis manages our contact with Vizient to increase exposure and leverage the Vizient relationship with more than 2,800 hospital members. Prior to this role, Lewis was a portfolio executive at Vizient (previously Novation) with the Purchased Services Business Unit. Key areas of expertise include supply chain, GPO and contract negotiation. He has a degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
