This course provides information to enhance and raise the awareness of associates in the workplace about diversity –how to appreciate and encourage diversity. Great-Place-to-Work organizations are “diversity smart”. By participating in several activities and discussions, participants will gain knowledge about their own personal ideas about diversity and learn a Four-Step Model that will enable them to effectively assess and respond to diverse situations.
