TEKsystems and Aston Carter Announce Rebrands for the U.K. and European Markets

London, United Kingdom – September 16, 2014 – TEKsystems® and Aston Carter today announced their respective rebrands in the U.K. and European markets. Since 2011, TEKsystems and Aston Carter have both provided IT staffing and recruiting services in the U.K. and Europe independently as part of Allegis Group, Inc. The goal of this rebrand is to clarify and define the specific services each provides while streamlining the management of each brand.
All of the IT-based services both brands used to provide independently will now be unified under the new TEKsystems brand. This includes contract, contract-to-permanent and permanent, as well as any IT-related SOW (statement of work) business. All business services staffing, such as Risk and Compliance, Operations, Business and Organisational Change, Finance, and Management Consultancy skills, will remain under the Aston Carter brand.
The rebrands of both TEKsystems and Aston Carter allow each to continue growing their U.K. and European operations and serve as a platform for building global brands. The rebrand enables TEKsystems to more effectively communicate the value it brings to organisations with IT staffing and recruiting needs and to introduce its IT talent management expertise and IT services. The rebrand allows Aston Carter to reassure its customers that they will continue to receive the same high-quality support and maintain the same business relationships, as Aston Carter’s leadership, account management and delivery structure will remain the same. TEKsystems and Aston Carter are brands within Allegis Group, the largest private talent management firm in the world.
