HANOVER, MD – February 24, 2012 – TEKsystems®, a leading provider of IT staffing solutions, IT talent management expertise and IT services, announced today it earned a position on Inavero’s Best of Staffing™ Client and Best of Staffing™ Talent lists for 2012. The Best of Staffing Awards, presented by CareerBuilder, recognize staffing firms that deliver outstanding levels of service to the clients they serve and the consultants they deploy.
Best of Staffing™ Program
Since its inception, participation in the Best of Staffing™ program has doubled each year. Inavero consistently awards less than one percent of all staffing and recruiting firms with the Best of Staffing™ recognition. Organizations recognized on the Best of Staffing Client list earned the distinction based on more than 176,000 survey responses. Those on the Best of Staffing Talent list were acknowledged by more than 278,000 consultant responses for having exceptional staffing services.
In order to earn a spot on the list, staffing and recruiting firms are required to survey both clients and consultants who recently worked with or were placed on assignment for a recent, consecutive three month period. For the Client list, staffing firms needed a minimum response rate of 20% or 500 responses to ensure the score’s validity. Similarly, to make the Talent list, participating firms had to receive a response rate of at least 20% or 1,000 consultant responses.
The Net Promoter Score® was used as the basis for scoring client and talent satisfaction levels. Staffing firms named to the Best of Staffing Client list were required to attain a 55% Net Promoter Score®, compared to an industry average of 33%. Those named to the Best of Staffing Talent list needed to achieve a 50% Net Promoter Score® compared to an industry average of 28%.
Client and Consultant Experience
Winners of the Best of Staffing awards operate in ways that set them apart. Clients gave high marks for firms that possess extensive industry and business knowledge, are responsive and demonstrate a strong ability to partner with client stakeholders. Consultants gave winning firms high scores for providing consistent communication, being honest and possessing a sense of urgency when addressing consultant needs.
