The technology industry has been widely criticized for its lack of diversity and inclusivity when it comes to the IT workforce. Traditional forms of IT education may not be accessible to everyone—more paths to opportunity need to be created. Per Scholas offers an alternative to traditional IT education. Since 1995, they’ve helped businesses build the talent they need by seeking individuals often excluded from tech careers. To date, they’ve helped open doors for over 14,000 individuals.
