One of our customer's major strategic initiatives was scaling the SAFe within their existing hybrid Waterfall and Agile delivery environment. However, execution across teams and release trains remained inconsistent, role definitions were ambiguous, and tooling adoption was uneven. Delivery at the team level was not meaningfully tied to executive OKRs, PI objectives lacked rigour and strategic alignment, and there was no repeatable approach for preparing or running PI planning events at pace.
