Our proposal:From Pilot to Perfection
TEKsystems proposed a bespoke pilot programme to partially transition the design and advertising work in-house from their existing agencies through dispatch employment. Although this represented a long-term investment, as the dispatched resources would require training and oversight, it would be instrumental in reducing overreliance on outsourcing. Communication and stakeholder alignment would also be enhanced and effectively address the existing bottlenecks in customer outreach and engagement efforts.
To maximise the quality of hires, TEKsystems' delivery team employed targeted sourcing strategies and a referral-based approach, focusing on identifying high-calibre talent from Big Tech companies. Our not-so-secret sauce? Start small, scale quick.
As part of the pilot initiative, TEKsystems deployed a Market Researcher and an Email & SNS Marketer. Subsequently, we brought in emerging UX Designers who were highly coachable, quick learners, and the right cultural fit for our client.
