The challenge: Revitalising a Mission–Critical Data Modernisation Programme
As part of their enterprise transformation roadmap, our customer set out to elevate their data engineering and analytics capabilities, adopting modern visualisation tools such as Power BI while charting a long-term migration roadmap to Snowflake. This transformation was constrained by an operating environment still reliant on Excel and legacy tools for data collection and analysis, limiting the organisation's ability to generate timely, reliable business intelligence.
Compounding this, the incumbent vendor had faced ongoing difficulty meeting the pace and technical depth this transformation required, leaving our customer's data function without specialised expertise. Our proposal: Engineering a Resilient, Cloud–Native Data Foundation
Leveraging our long-standing global partnership and specialised domain expertise, our customer engaged TEKsystems to revitalise this mission-critical programme of work. We deployed a ringfenced three-member bilingual squad, comprising a Senior Data Engineer, Data Analyst and PMO, experienced in driving data transformation initiatives of comparable scale and complexity.
