Our client’s insurance business used a data platform to generate insights and drive-decision making for insurance and wealth management, business analysis, personnel management, and regulatory compliance. Customer calls were a key source of data and as the business expanded, there was a need to automate call data and deepen the application deployment on Ali Cloud. This was critical to reduce manual work and improve data accuracy and accessibility.
Our client’s existing project resources lacked sufficient knowledge of Shell and Ali Cloud, which derailed project delivery. They were looking for a strategic partner who could expand the team’s capability and provide the required technical upskilling.

Professional support was identified as a vital cog in the upskilling solution.
Senior lecturers and subject matter experts from TEKsystems bench were invited to conduct practical training sessions on Linux and Shell Scripting. Additionally, we arranged for project resources to take the Ali Cloud / ACP Big Data Certification examination.
In parallel to the upskilling sessions, TEKsystems deployed 18 additional resources, including five senior consultants, within six weeks to bolster the team's capability.
