TEKsystems Recognized as Military Friendly® Employer for 11th Consecutive Year

The military-connected community ranks TEKsystems as a Military Friendly® Employer for 11 years running.

(HANOVER, Md., Nov. 11, 2025) – TEKsystems, a leading provider of business and technology services, has been recognized as a 2026 Military Friendly® Employer by VIQTORY for the 11th consecutive year. With a deep commitment to helping military service members, veterans and spouses achieve professional goals and aspirations, TEKsystems offers a range of opportunities, training and transition programs to foster successful civilian careers.

Each year, over 3,000 military-connected individuals across the country work with TEKsystems to secure careers in technology, recruitment, sales, human resources and business. Since 2013, TEKsystems has matched more than 25,000 military-connected individuals with jobs across various fields and roles.

Strategic and community partners and programs provide TEKsystems with additional resources to serve and support military members, veterans and spouses. Collaborating with organizations like 50strong, ACT Now Education, Hiring Our Heroes, Military Spouse Employment Partnership and the Pat Tillman Foundation enables TEKsystems to maximize their impact. As a DOD-authorized SkillBridge employer, TEKsystems also offers recruitment and account management opportunities in over 80 locations.

Since their 2003 inception, Military Friendly® has come to set the standard that measures an organization’s commitment, effort and success in creating sustainable and meaningful benefits for the military community. Institutions earning the Military Friendly® Employers designation were evaluated by using public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. Over 1,200 companies participated in the survey this year.

“Earning the Military Friendly® designation is more than a badge; it’s a reflection of deep-rooted values and strategic foresight,” said Kayla Lopez, vice president of memberships at Military Friendly®. “These organizations don’t just open doors for veterans, spouses and service members; they build pathways for lasting impact. Methodology, criteria and weightings were determined by Military Friendly® in consultation with the Military Friendly® Advisory Council, a group of independent leaders in the military recruitment community. Final ratings were determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of the organization’s ability to meet and exceed thresholds for recruitment, new hire retention, employee turnover, and promotion and advancement of veterans and military employees.
