As part of a broader digital transformation roadmap, our customer set out to overhaul a legacy web portal that had underpinned critical survey, land, and investment record-keeping for a number of years. Sustained use had left the platform difficult to navigate and vulnerable to breakdowns, exposing a widening gap between the reliability the data demanded and the ageing architecture supporting it. Beyond an interface refresh, the initiative required a full migration to AWS cloud and the embedding of modern technologies to elevate performance, responsiveness, and scalability, positioning it as one of the most technically complex undertakings in our customer's history.
Executing a transformation of this magnitude demanded specialist infrastructure and engineering depth that our customer's internal teams could not readily supply at pace, particularly given the scale and multi-year duration of the roadmap ahead. - Infrastructure Modernisation: Re-architected the platform's core infrastructure using JavaScript, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kubernetes, and AWS, reducing technical debt while strengthening cloud-scale performance.
- Agile Coaching: Embedded the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) through structured workshops and ceremonies, establishing best-practice ways of working and continuous improvement across the delivery organisation.
