Off the back of a group-wide business review, our client’s India entity kickstarted a significant modernisation to revamp their legacy systems and integrate emerging technologies into their IT ecosystem.

To drive this business-critical initiative, they needed to ramp up their existing team with technical and functional experts who had experience in both legacy and cutting-edge technologies. Solution implementation also needed to be cost-effective without impacting existing business operations. This was key to ensure that all resources deployed were the right technical and culture fit, demonstrating strong ownership and a solution-oriented mindset to bring our client’s modernisation initiatives back on track.

Post deployment, our high-touch monthly engagement touchpoints ensured we maximised the satisfaction, performance, and retention of our consultants. We also provided on-the-job training and access to e-learning platforms to upskill our consultants on specific topics – the progress of which was monitored on a biweekly basis by our Technical Project Manager.
