The challenge:Regulatory Mandate Meets Regional Complexity
To comply with a new security regulation mandated by the European Central Bank (ECB), our customer's global headquarters in the UK launched a large-scale, multi-phase network segmentation programme. This initiative was critical to strengthening visibility into interzone network traffic and reinforcing risk mitigation, monitoring, and security governance across the organisation.
Our customer's APAC entity subsequently sought to replicate this programme and mirror the UK deployment. However, the scale and complexity of the regional rollout surfaced substantial technical challenges, including configuration and compatibility issues, alongside unforeseen implementation obstacles. Confronted with mounting risks, compressed timelines, and limited in-house expertise, our customer engaged TEKsystems to advance the initiative.

TEKsystems partnered with key programme stakeholders to scope the network segmentation roadmap and engineer a delivery approach precisely calibrated to our customer's ecosystem. Drawing on deep network engineering expertise, we co-designed a phased rollout designed to resolve APAC regional complexities while preserving alignment with the original UK deployment.
