As part of their rapid business expansion and market penetration efforts, our client acquired the life insurance arms of two major financial institutions. Following the acquisitions, several customer-facing, agency-facing, and internal operational systems needed to be swiftly migrated, refactored, and integrated into their existing IT ecosystem.
