Sean McGraw

Sean is passionate about ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our organization, driving key transformation initiatives throughout his career to increase operational ROI. As the chief financial officer of TEKsystems, he leads our finance, accounting and corporate governance on a global level, including strategic planning, reports and analysis. He oversees our operations support group—more than 900 individuals dedicated to providing world-class service in the areas of contract management, onboarding, payroll, collections management, technology, human resources and risk. He is committed to continually evolving our operations to better serve our customers, consultants and each other.

Sean has played a critical role in the growth of TEKsystems over the years, which is now a $7.5B company with more than 6,000 customers worldwide. Proud of his long history with our company, he began his career at TEKsystems in 1997. Serving in various roles over the years focused on operational effectiveness, financial planning and analysis, and strategic operations, he is responsible for designing and implementing core programs, such as our national recruiting center and sub vendor program, which are now foundational to our company’s operations. He became chief financial officer in 2014 and has held multiple leadership positions. In every role, he has focused on our purpose and our people, believing that business growth and our company purpose to create opportunity align and drive each other. Outside the office, he spends time with his wife and three children and enjoys golfing, boating and going to the beach.
