Job Summary



Client Service provides support for 1,300 end users spread throughout 100+ offices located in the Western states. Tier I help desk serves as the face of IT for the organization. Their job is to intake, document, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to the appropriate location. They are not expected to resolve every issue and there are many regulations that prevent them from doing so.

Microsoft Shop - Windows 7
Citrix
Outlook
Remote Desktop - DameWare, Citrix, Bomgar
VoIP - Shoretel
Escrow & Title Processing proprietary software

Call Volume: 50% calls and 50% tickets

***Candidates from a corporate call center environment with great customer service skills preferred.
