We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Help Desk Specialist in our Quincy, Florida office.
Ideal candidate will have experience with troubleshooting technical issues and providing first call resolution. Help Desk also creates tickets and escalates issues to the Systems and/or Network team.
The requirements for this position are: knowledge or certificate training in computer systems or networking is preferred. Experience with Windows 10, Windows 7, computer hardware, printers, Active Directory, and providing telephone support to remote users is also preferred.
Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Provide primary telephone support for the Help Desk and implement technical solutions.
Coordinate Help Desk activities, including logging and follow up on contacts.
