This is an unprecedented time for our client. Due to all the disruption occurring in the IT domain, our client has recognized a need to innovate, and has called for an IT hiring blitz. They are looking to become not only the most technologically current, cutting edge, and innovative company in the financial realm, but they have also decided to take on giants like Amazon, Google, Apple, and Venmo within the technology space.
NOW… this is where you come in!
In order to compete with these huge companies, they need to go on a HUGE hiring blitz to accommodate all of the lofty initiatives they want to execute. They will be looking to create 3,000 net new jobs within just the tech domain. Right now, our client has a $9 billion dollar budget and $5 Billion of that is being allocated solely to innovation. To put that into perspective, $5 billion is larger than 99% of other companies globally.
