Job Description: They currently have 70 tickets in cue at just one of their multiple locations.
Customer service, soft skills, and ability to work with a team is critical in this role.
Additional Information: This position is supporting a local hospital.
Work Environment: Enterprise hospital environment. Team of 33 FTE's and 15 contractors all who have been with the client for over a year.
Who is the Internal/External Customer:Internal employees.
Impact to the Internal/External Customer:
Business Challenge: This client has multiple initiatives going on including a 33,000 device Windows 7 upgrade on top of their standard day to day issues/ tickets. Backfilling this position will help them service their internal employees in a timely manner and knock down tickets sitting in que.
EVP:This client is an enterprise Healthcare environment with a ton of growth. Opportunity to gain more technical skills within a healthcare environment. It is the 4th largest overall employer in the State of Ohio and the largest Health System in the region. They currently operate 23 hospitals, over 200 outpatient and ambulatory sites, and a Health plan and continue to grow and expand.
