This is a help desk level one position. The technical professional will be responsible for:
-Escalate tickets to the appropriate division
-Take snapshots of various problems on a PC
-Setting up Ipads or Iphones for system use
-Install/Uninstall programs on a PC
-Understanding of Windows 10 (100 users)
