Job Summary

  • Strategically implement web analytic tags to enable tracking of online properties. Ensure relevant traffic and key performance metrics are captured in order to provide actionable insights.


  • Analyze website data on traffic sources and patterns. Provide insight on data trends and anomalies, making recommendations where appropriate to improve business performance.


  • Create, manage and distribute data and insights via regular and ad-hoc reporting utilizing online analytic tools.


  • On a weekly/monthly basis, understand and monitor key performance indicators from all geographies and develop an analysis and reports that shows the results of all marketing activities to sales.


  • Prepare charts, tables, graphs, diagrams and executive dashboards to assist in planning, execution and analysis of the marketing activities.


  • Extract required data from Google, Facebook, CRM's and other data warehouses.


  • Help develop campaign strategies and recommend campaign optimizations

    based on data analysis.


  • Develop and maintain data mappings and translations for missing and incorrect data.


  • Assist in the maintenance of page tagging standards and build business processes to streamline tag deployment across web properties.



QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE


  • 1 to 2 years of web analytics experience, specifically tagging experience


  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills


  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint.


  • Experience and understanding of analytic reporting tools (Google Analytics)


  • Experience with Tag Management Systems (Tealium, Ensighten, Google Tag

    Manager)


  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS


  • Ability to work closely within a team structure and prioritize and manage time effectively


  • Strong communication skills Must have strong data analysis skills


  • Must be able to solidify data reports into actionable insights


  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously


  • Good understanding of online customer acquisition and conversion


  • Experience with web targeting and personalization programs


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and working cross-functionally with multiple teams including product marketing, marketing communications, design, web development, IT, sales operations, field marketing, etc.


  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and support skills


  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative, and leadership
