1.) 3+years of MANAGING PEOPLE and having direct reports... directing, managing & mentoring designers and leading design sessions.
2) 7+ years of UX / responsive design experience(wireframes, prototypes, mockups)
3) 7+ years of working with or doing UX research(usability analyst, usability testing, usability studies)
any ecommerce experience when it comes to websites and web apps is a big plus
UX Manager is responsible for participating in research, analyzing requirements, and working with senior executives and key business stakeholders to design highly-innovative concepts and experiences communicated in the form of wireframes and clickable prototypes that can be tested with end users and presented internally. Lead & collaborate with fellow strategists, visual designers, and technologists on a cooperative, agency-like team
In this role, you'll need to be creative and innovative when applying processes, while maintaining a positive approach and demeanor. You will be responsible for all phases of web and mobile user-centered design, including the ability to make strategic and tactical UI design recommendations to customers and project teams based on business requirements, usability findings and standard UI design practices. The User Experience Manager should possess the ability to rapidly prototype low and high fidelity UI concepts, serve as a usability advocate, and promote a user-focused mindset across the teams. On a day to day output should be user-centered, creative, and have solid user interface, usability and visual design skills.
Vision: Develop a pragmatic and consistent execution of seamless experience design paradigms across all Digital properties that aligns with the Enterprise vision of reusable, scalable, and configurable software development. This vision should be clearly articulated and build upon the holistic mindset, aligning with Corporate Brand directions. (25%)
Process and Evaluation: Cultivate and maintain a User Experience Design workflow that is efficient and creates streamlined deliverables that are easily delivered to development. Conduct ongoing evaluation of experience and interactive design trends with an emphasis on aligning with Corporate Brand. All design and process decisions need to be measured and tracked.(65%)
