+Somebody who does not need a lot of guidance or oversight. This individual will be traveling 20% of the time so will need to be able to take task on by himself. The director will also be traveling a lot, therefore this individual will need to run day-to-day operations at HQ during these times.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Help Desk Agent who can support health care clinics. This candidate will sit in their HQ located in Georgetown, TX. They are supporting 200+ clinics throughout the United States. With rapid growth they plan to be at 250+ clinics by the end of 2019. This company allows technicians the opportunity to touch on multiple different issues daily. Since it is a small IT shop they will be given access to a variety of projects. This position will allow independent thinking and give the contractor a sense of control as they will be coming up with the solutions to each problem.
