Matt Payne

Matt sees the industry at a defining moment, when AI is expanding what’s possible and elevating what’s expected from technology leaders. This perspective shapes his role as senior vice president and head of TEKsystems Global Services (TGS), where he leads global teams that architect and deliver technology solutions for customers worldwide.

With a focus on driving meaningful customer outcomes through strong strategic partnerships, he fuels the continued evolution of TGS capabilities across cloud, AI and modern application development. He’s passionate about helping organizations accelerate transformation to solve their most critical business challenges.

Matt joined TEKsystems in 1997 and has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Over the course of his career, he has held a variety of leadership roles across the business, including leading sales and global alliances, giving him a broad perspective on how to align go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystems and delivery capabilities to create value for customers. When he’s not leading a global organization, Matt and his family enjoy traveling—exploring new places, experiencing different cultures and creating lasting memories together.
