This session addresses change at the individual level by providing survival skills for understanding the impact of organizational change on themselves and others. The work session provides people with skills necessary to manage themselves through an enterprise or departmental transformation. They will learn what is driving the change and why they need to embrace a new way of working. The process of individual change and its relationship to organizational culture is explored. Individuals will assess their change competencies and consider their potential for becoming a change agent.
This hands-on workshop provides managers with an overview of organizational change management and provides them with techniques for planning and managing change in their workplace. Your facilitator will introduce proven change methods that can be used to align change activities with corporate goals. Participants use the 7-S Framework by Waterman, Peters and Phillips as a guide to describing the desired state. Teams build a road map, craft a stakeholder impact matrix, draft a communications plan and design a mentoring strategy for managing resistance and leveraging change behaviors.
The LaMarsh Global Master of Managed Change® Certification Program is an advanced change management learning program designed for individuals who seek a deeper understanding of the Managed Change™ process and whose role will be to serve as internal change management coach or lead Change Agent.
