Basic concepts of Quality Assurance (QA) and basic understanding of ALM are required.
This class is a 1 day class which covers Sprinter functionality. Sprinter is a manual testing tool with advanced features such as Smart Defects, Data Injection and Macros. Sprinter works with ALM and UFT and is automatically included in the ALM purchase price. Approximately 40% of the class is tool usage.
This course is designed for individuals who are Manual Testers, Business Analysts, or Functional Test Team Leads.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Incorporate HP Sprinter into their testing platform
- Manually create Sprinter tests or create using step capture
- Create first-cut test by conducting exploratory testing of normal business processes
- Use Sprinter tests for ALM manual test cases or as the basis for UFT tests
