Participants must have basic Linux system administration skills. Each participant will be required to run a 64 bit virtual machine (provided with the course).
This hands-on course is designed to give IT, DevOps and other technology professionals a comprehensive introduction to Ansible. Through lecture and intensive lab work, participants will gain a clear understanding of Ansible and its use in the infrastructure as code (IaC) methodology of configuration management. Participants will gain experience using Ansible to complete configuration management tasks on servers and networking devices; will create role-based playbooks that enforce states on infrastructure and use the Jinja2 templating engine to ensure maximum flexibility and reusability of code.
This course is designed for Developers, IT and QA Staff, Technical Managers, DevOps and Build personnel.
