In addition, we will cover all meals, transportation to and from San Diego airport (SAN), and the Rancho Bernardo Inn resort fee. We ask that attendees cover all other travel expenses, including hotel accommodations and airfare.

- Let us know your arrival and departure dates to reserve your room. Our room block will hold your room, but upon arrival, you will be asked for your credit card to pay for your nightly stay.
- Book your flights on your preferred airline.
