TEKsystems Global Services Receives a 93 Percent Overall Satisfaction Rating from Customers

HANOVER, MD – February 16, 2010 – TEKsystems®, the nation’s leading technology staffing and services company, announced today that its Global Services practice has received a 93% overall satisfaction rating from its most recent customer satisfaction survey.
The survey, distributed in fall 2009 to Global Services customers, revealed that 92% of respondents believe TEKsystems makes it easy to conduct business, while 91% reported that TEKsystems provides a quality service.
Other noteworthy findings include:
90% said that their representative is knowledgeable about their industry and makes a concerted effort to understand their business challenges
89% of clients would recommend TEKsystems to others
95% answered favorably when asked the degree to which clients believe TEKsystems communicates openly and honestly.
“Our Quality Management Program (QMP), which resulted in formal quality management systems for each practice area and an ISO-certified Global PMO, was created to drive consistency across all delivery platforms,” said Todd Matthiesen, Vice President of Delivery for Global Services. “With a 93% customer satisfaction score, our customers have validated that our focus on quality has certainly paid off.”
Customer comments revealed that clients believe the knowledgeable sales force is one of many reasons that they continue their business relationship with TEKsystems:

The survey received responses from more than 100 clients, 82% of whom identified themselves as Director, Manager or Project Manager for their respective companies.
Clients were polled on TEKsystems’ three primary product lines, which include Applications, Infrastructure, and Education Services.

TEKsystems plans to conduct its 2010 customer satisfaction survey with Loyalty Research Center. As it does every year, the company will use survey feedback to guide its future investments and improvement initiatives.
