HANOVER, MD – March 31, 2009 –  Mike McSally, a 19-year veteran of the human capital management industry and TEKsystems’ VP of Staffing operations, recently launched an article series entitled “insITe”.  Mike’s goal in creating these articles is two-fold: (1) to help IT leaders understand the dynamics of the current IT labor market and (2) to share some best practices with respect to sourcing, recruiting, managing, and retaining IT talent in light of changing market conditions. Especially in tough economic times, when companies are asked to do more with less, Mike believes IT leaders could benefit from learning about successful methods to secure A-players.
