HANOVER, MD – June 16, 2009 – Mike McSally, TEKsystems’ VP of Staffing Operations, delivered a keynote presentation at PMI’s Tulsa Chapter luncheon event held at the Oklahoma State University – Tulsa Campus.

McSally’s discussion addressed two audiences: job seekers and employers.

To job seekers, he explained how and why employer’s talent attraction and retention strategies shift in good and bad economies – and what seekers can do to improve their odds of advancement in either situation.

To employers, McSally shared best practices that help to ensure talent attraction and retention strategies stay competitive, in light of current economic conditions, as well as when the market grows stronger.
