Supported back office PC refresh project consisting of 1,500 systems at 26 locations in Texas and Louisiana. Through this initiative, new PCs were installed and joined to the network, end-user data was migrated to the new PC, and user/business unit applications were installed. Old PCs were packaged and shipped to our Asset Remarking group to have the data wiped in accordance with DoD standards prior to resell.

Handled help desk ticket issues within 30 regions across the U.S. and Canada. TEKsystems assembled a team of resources that resulted in higher customer satisfaction rates, increased productivity and a reduction in tickets remaining open for five days or longer.

Resources recorded the location and asset information for printers, plotters, copiers, faxes and multi-function printers. Technicians ran a print test on the network printers to collect page print counts and detail printer locations on customer-provided site maps.

Provided a resource-based solution model to support Xerox with a Scanner-Printer Refresh Project at 136 sites across the U.S. for its customer. Technicians uninstalled the old device, installed a new Scanner-Printer and collected inventory data on all print devices.
