Our Diversity and Inclusion Efforts
Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is reflected in the way we approach serving customers and the consultants we place with them. It also extends to how we support our employees. As a result, our diversity and inclusion efforts focus on serving these populations.
TEKsystems works with our business partners to understand their perspectives on diversity and inclusion. With our staffing solutions, we work diligently to meet and exceed any needs our customers might have, including helping them build a diverse workforce. TEKsystems is also able to offer unmatched IT services because of we employ the most talented individuals. Our Diversity department works closely with our purchasing team to include small and third-party certified minority, women and disabled veteran owned businesses in the purchasing process - resulting in increased diversity spend annually.
TEKsystems is able to build a high-performance workforce that is reflective of the communities in which we live and serve. We are committed to building and maintaining a diverse workforce for our clients. We supplement our referral-based recruiting strategy with other creative strategies that attract and retain the best talent to support your strategic IT initiatives and diversity goals. TEKsystems also currently maintains involvement with dozens of organizations to ensure a diverse range of IT talent for our clients, including Women In Technology (WIT), Diversity, Inc., Veterans Enterprise, the National Diversity Council and the National Urban League Young Professionals to name a few.
TEKsystems strives to attract and retain qualified talent across the country. We do so through our vast partnerships with Historically Black Colleges, the National Sales network, the Phd Project and other respected organization. Through ongoing communication, training and development as well as employee resource groups we are working diligently to create a more inclusive work environment where everyone can achieve their personal and professional goals.
