Skill testing before hiring employees

placements or will have tested and verified their technical skills through our

technical training and distance learning for our technical professionals.
Performance monitoring
TEKsystems provides full support for our technical professionals and monitors
their performance on a continual basis to ensure we are providing our clients

representative will contact the hiring manager after the first day, week, and
month that a technical professional is on the job. This regular communication
between the client manager and TEKsystems promotes resolution of issues and
allows us to recognize and re-hire our best performers.
