TEKsystems Opens Office in Honolulu, HI
New office to serve Hawaiian Islands and Asia Pacific region
Honolulu, HI > 02.20.08 TEKsystems opened a new office in Honolulu, HI on February 4, 2008 to service the Hawaiian Islands and Asia Pacific region.
Though TEKsystems just recently opened an office in Hawaii, it has been serving the Hawaiian market since 2001 through its Los Angeles and San Diego, CA office locations.
Director of Business Operations for the new TEKsystems Hawaii office, Matt Hulsebus, agreed with the office opening in a more remote location.
“While our past efforts were mutually productive, we felt the timing was right to add a local point of presence to Hawaii,” said Hulsebus.
The decision to open an office in Hawaii was based on the need to expand TEKsystems to serve the Hawaiian Islands directly, which will help to create future business opportunities there, according to Hulsebus.
“Having a local presence in Hawaii will bring more value to our current clients and Technical Professionals. We are optimistic that our Hawaii location will advance TEKsystems' business on the Hawaiian Islands and throughout the Asia Pacific region.”
It can also be noted that the local Hawaiian business community and TEKsystems’ partners in government have been overwhelmingly supportive of the move to open an office in Honolulu.
The new office is located at 7 Waterfront Plaza 500 Ala Moana Boulevard, Suite 400 Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Julia Lookabill (808.543.6392) and Jason Wyman (808.543.6393) are the Account Manager contacts in the Honolulu office.
